EXPECTATIONS/COMMUNICATION

Results are based on your commitment to take action on the agreed-upon focus areas.

Barring technical difficulties, you can expect me to respond to your communications promptly (usually within 24 hours or less) and I request the same of you when responding to my communications.

This program is designed to have you produce results like never before and with much greater ease and satisfaction. I know you are ready for that leap or we would not have gotten to this stage of the process. To further assist you to rest assured that this is a good investment toward your future, this is our guarantee.

If, after participating fully and doing the work as agreed upon, you do not feel that the investment is worth every penny of the price you paid, let us know anytime within the first 30 days of your program and we will promptly make arrangements to refund your charge card for the entire amount.

CLIENT AGREEMENT:  I understand that The Time Alchemy Formula On-Demand Mastery Program (TAF On-Demand) is an opportunity to grow and expand. I understand that the TAF program is designed to support me in my personal and professional development, and that the program is not clinical in nature, nor is it a substitute for clinical treatment.

I take responsibility for my health and well-being during our engagement.

I AGREE TO FULLY ENGAGE in this process with a commitment to exceptional results.

I AGREE TO KEEP SCHEDULED PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS. If unable to keep our appointment, I will contact my coach 48 hours prior to the appointment, and I understand that should I miss appointments without canceling, I forfeit that appointment with my coach.

I AGREE TO BE ON TIME for telephone, video-conference, or live sessions.

I AGREE TO PARTICIPATE FULLY. This includes being present, with camera on and not multitasking during video sessions. (Communicate, if extenuating circumstances prevent you from being on camera.)

I AGREE TO REACH OUT TO MY COACH if I am stopped (or upset) in any way.

I AGREE TO PAY ALL AGREED-UPON FEES PROMPTLY.
