Kathleen Peterson is a Performance Coach who works with high achievers who are ready for a transformation in how their life plays out. She guides them to transform their over-extended lives into calm, productive, balanced platforms to launch passion projects that fulfill on their dreams.

Kathleen knows that with the right guidance, any time-stretched achiever will "move mountains." They often redirect their focus toward making their biggest difference for our world, while creating enviable dream lives in the process.

From a very early age, Kathleen had the ability to organize and curate structure to achieve big results. As she grew up, she took pride in helping others who wanted this skill set to do the same.

Kathleen’s early experience selling radio advertising trained her in the art of sales, being proactive and creative about producing results (she was even the writer and voice-over talent for many of her clients’ commercials).

As the Participation Manager for one of the largest personal growth companies in the world, she managed large teams, empowered leaders to take control of their growth, expansion and to empower others.

Her experience as a performance coach in fortune 500 corporations taught her the value of collaboration, leading from one’s strengths and constructive conflict resolution. Some of the clients who utilized Kathleen's strengths in those areas were Illinois Tool Works Inc., FGIC, Katten, Muchin, Rosenman LLP, BMO/Harris Bank and White Castle System, Inc. With Kathleen’s support, these clients all increased productivity through their most valuable asset, their people. Individuals and teams learned to focus on the accomplishments instead of the failures. They designed and implemented structures, processes and habits that led to breakthrough results at the workplace and in the personal lives of each team member.
