COACHING AGREEMENT

Congratulations on embarking on this journey! I am honored to support you in producing phenomenal results, in the areas of most importance to you, while you experience a well-balanced and more fulfilling life. This document is designed to provide clarity around our coaching relationship and to maximize your results from our partnership.

OUTCOMES

You will find more enjoyment in your life, while you transform areas that don’t currently work perfectly, regardless of how long you have previously experienced any stuck points.

You will regain greater personal confidence—rekindle your passion(s) and (re)gain energy.

You will find more time for self-care, fun, and activities that previously had been put on the “back burner.”

You will accomplish more – in less time – feel more fulfilled and experience greater satisfaction from the results you produce.

You will also transform any perception others may have of you as less than exemplary to an extraordinary results producer and valued asset (beyond what you already are!).

You will enrich your relationships and have new tools to more easily work with difficult people.

Initially, your transformation will focus on two or three key areas of concern/interest. Together we will reveal your personal best practices.

Once we gain momentum with your Profitable Practice^™ we will expand the transformation to include multiple facets of your life.

This engagement will positively affect many areas of your life that may not be identified as yet, so be on the lookout for shifts you were not even expecting. Consider me your partner in clearing the way to living your life to the absolute fullest!

EXPECTATIONS/COMMUNICATION

Results are based on your commitment to take action on the agreed-upon focus areas.

By engaging with Equinox Coaching, you will systematically develop systems, structures, and practices for greater success.

We will use your initial successes as the launchpad for accelerating long-term growth and expansion, as well as satisfaction in any areas of your choosing.

Of course, new matters may become important to you throughout this process. We will include any new area of focus that forwards the action of expanding your self-expression, leadership, and success, providing it does NOT supersede or interfere with our Initial Plan.

Following your Initial Assessment and Action Plan, focus plans will be updated quarterly. We will also benchmark all progress with each session.

You can count on my honesty and authenticity at all times. If I say or do anything that upsets you, please let me know. The coaching relationship is ideal to practice speaking up in a constructive way when something bothers you. I invite your feedback, both positive and constructive.

Barring technical difficulties, you can expect me to respond to your texts, emails, and telephone calls promptly (usually within 24 hours or less) and I request the same of you when responding to my communications.

If we do not receive a response to one another’s email within 24 hours, we both agree to text or call one another to ensure that there are no technical issues preventing communications from getting through.

After our initial session, please complete a Success Touchstone Form, at least 24 hours prior (and preferably 48 hours prior) to each coaching session. You will receive an email reminder for this task. The short update form, supports a practice to keep us on track and moving in the direction of your desired outcomes.

Please upload any/all tools you have into the private client log area. These help with the coaching process and build upon previous work you have done. Examples: career assessments, performance reviews, vision statements, business plans, assessments from previous jobs, goals, etc.

YOUR "PARTICIPATION-REQUIRED MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE"

This program is designed to have you produce results like never before and with much greater ease and satisfaction. I know you are ready for that leap or we would not have gotten to this stage of the process. To further assist you to rest assured that this is a good investment toward your future, this is our guarantee.

If, after participating fully and doing the work as agreed upon, you do not feel that the process of coaching is worth every penny of the price you paid, let us know anytime within the first 30 days of your coaching experience.

At that time, we will add an additional session to insure your intended results. If after that, you still do not see results, we will promptly make arrangements to refund you the entire amount.

This program is about you taking positive action to develop a powerful foundation on which to simplify and manage your life. If you participate fully, you'll get the results outlined. If you do not show up for sessions or follow through on the commitments you’ve made, the only guarantee is that it will not work for you.

CLIENT AGREEMENT:  I understand that coaching is an opportunity to grow and expand. I understand that coaching is designed to support me in my personal and professional development, and that coaching is not clinical in nature, nor is it a substitute for clinical treatment.

I take responsibility for my health and well-being during our coaching engagement.

I AGREE TO FULLY ENGAGE in this process with a commitment to exceptional results.

I AGREE TO KEEP SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. If unable to keep our appointment, I will contact my coach 48 hours prior to the appointment, and I understand that should I miss appointments without canceling, I forfeit that appointment with my coach.

I AGREE TO BE ON TIME for telephone, video-conference, or live sessions.

I AGREE TO REACH OUT TO MY COACH if I am stopped (or upset) in any way.

I AGREE TO PAY ALL AGREED-UPON FEES PROMPTLY (if not paid by employer).

OPTIONAL

If, after the first 90 days, you experience the transformation we are setting out to produce and you feel it warrants the full investment based on the results we produce, you agree to pay Equinox a bonus (up to $6,000, which would have been the full investment for this level of work. This component is completely optional and based solely on results to your satisfaction.
